Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Wake up in the morning feeling like a smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- one banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 2+ cups milk
- 2 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
Preparation
First, place rolled oats (1/4 cup) in blender and blend until powdered. Then add fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, milk, and optionally protein powder. Blend on high until smooth.
Enjoy topped with hemp seeds after a workout, as an easy breakfast shake, or just a snack.
